The client is fully responsible for:
- Integration into their systems
- Validation and testing
- Compliance with industry and safety standards
We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our software in any system, including safety-critical, medical, automotive, aerospace, or industrial applications.
Proper engineering validation is the responsibility of the client.
